As a quick buzz talk about the Apple Iphone.  The weights are

Iphone Original 135 g
Iphone 3  132g
Iphone 3S 135g
Iphone 4 137g

Update: Iphone 4S  140g

At least the battery is getting bigger and bigger. In comparison the Google Nexus One Android Phone is 130g in weight.
