Untitled Jersey City Project is a unique experiment in the development of an entertainment concept: it’s a work-in-progress television drama.

Untitled Jersey City Project

The eight short-form episodes of Untitled Jersey City Project are fragments from a larger story, with many of the story threads left unresolved. But from these eight episodes, this much is clear:

The story is set amidst the fast-developing Jersey City waterfront, just across the river from Manhattan. A shining new city is being built on the edge of this gritty town. But while the glass office towers and condos are sleek and new, the rules of the game haven’t changed one bit.

Everyone here has something to gain – money, fame, power. Or they can lose big. Or they could end up dead.

**FX Episode 2

Now Unititled Jersey Citiy Project is showing up with Episode 2.
Wow, what a start! A kiss scene in a car ..and then it happens. What the trailer! The cool thing of the trailer is that the time runs backwards. First the action scene and then the story jumps back in time.
What do you think of the trailer?

Untitled Jersey City Project ia a great show from fxnetwork.

Let’s talks straight with STRAIGHT TALK

This post brought to you by Straight Talk. All opinions are 100% mine.

Ever wanted to buy a new TV? A new car? Vacation on Hawaii?
Save some money first and there is a easy way to do that.

Every month you spent money on your phone bill. Money that just goes away and won’t come back. Now cut that money into half and save the other half for your new laptop, electric car or favorite island vacation.
How to do that? Simply change your cell phone contract. Every contract runs off one day and you can change your subscriptions. The best ones are not the big plans from the large scale operators. The best ones are those from the special offers just in your next walmart.

You have probably read about the affair of the hacked Sony Network. Today Sony wrote an official statement. Read below.

Dear Valued Sony Online Entertainment Customer:
Our ongoing investigation of illegal intrusions into Sony Online Entertainment systems has discovered that hackers may have obtained personal customer information from SOE systems. We are today advising you that the personal information you provided us in connection with your SOE account may have been stolen in a cyber-attack. Stolen information includes, to the extent you provided it to us, the following: name, address (city, state, zip, country), email address, gender, birthdate, phone number, login name and hashed password.
Customers outside the United States should be advised that we further discovered evidence that information from an outdated database from 2007 containing approximately 12,700 non-US customer credit or debit card numbers and expiration dates (but not credit card security codes) and about 10,700 direct debit records listing bank account numbers of certain customers in Germany, Austria, Netherlands and Spain may have also been obtained and we will be notifying each of those customers promptly.

Is Twitter working for marketing ? – Part 3 – The Answer

November 9th, 2010 1 comment

Hi There

Maybe you have read my twitter posts already.  Or see here: twitter part 2

I have this nice Fliegenfischen Shop (1000Fliegen.ch) and I tried to do marketing via twitter for the shop. Quickly said it failed. So what is wrong? Everywhere on the internet it says that you can use twitter for marketing. So what’s wrong about it?

I am now following about 200 people on twitter and I have 60 followers.  Yes, so many readers, do you think? But are they reading? The question for marketing is almost irrelevant. Maybe they are reading, maybe not. The question is are the going on my flyfishing shop? An even more important are they buying? It can be said that, ok maybe twitters are robots or humans. So maybe they are not reading. The statistics says that only a few went on the website. Let’s say 10 out of this 60 (or 200). But non of them are buying. Why not? First, my shop sells. People love those flies for fishing.
