JavaFX is bringing the  power of Java and Flash to the desktop. The cool thing is that the apps run on Windows (other people), Mac (my friends) and Linux (me). JavaFX is still at the beginning and it is already making big progress. It gives developers the ability to easily show pictures + movies and modify them on move them around as wished.
